Lake Havasu City Business License # - During the event, each vendor must display either their current Lake Havasu City Business License or Temporary Special Event Business License in their booth space. If you hold a current Lake Havasu City Business License, great. If you do not, one will need to be obtained by completing & submitting this form below.
